Reserve Study

Note that the Chalet of San Marco is in its Adult Phase of its lifecycle. The article explains why the Reserve Study is so critical to extending the lifespan of the Chalet.

It will also become apparent that most of this issues currently being remediated as part of the contracts with Spectrum and TRC are NORMAL for this part of the Chalet's lifecycle.
